The remote track features epic climbs and descents that lead you to Blue Rag Range trig point.
This drive is a must for experienced 4WD enthusiasts and is an exhilarating way to take in the breathtaking scenery of the Alpine National Park. The track peaks at an elevation of 1726m above sea level with incredible 360 views at the summit.
Drive along the Great Alpine Road and turn onto the Dargo High Plains Road. Take the Blue Rag Range track off to the right as you are heading towards Dargo. From here, the track features steep rocky climbs and narrow sections with sharp drop offs. Please do not drive past Trig Point.
The track is remote, difficult and only for 4WDs with good clearance. At least two vehicles and experienced drivers are recommended. Be aware that snow may fall without warning at any time during the year. There is only one track in and out, so please drive in a respectful manner.
