This course is female-led by an experienced and qualified MTB instructor, and is open to women only.
This course is ideal for those new to mountain biking or even those who have been riding for a while but are keen to go back to basics and learn the fundamental skills that will help make you a more confident rider.
This is a progressive course, where each session builds on the previous one so you can build a strong and stable foundation of skills to improve your confidence and your riding!
Skills may include body position, climbing technique, gearing, braking, and terrain awareness.
