The wait is almost over – Giro della Donna is bringing the good times to their new home base of Marysville in Victoria’s High Country this Saturday and Sunday.
Whether you’re chasing road, gravel, pace, challenge or laughs with mates the Giro della Donna has got your cycling gaols sorted. So, what’s on the cards for the weekend?
SATURDAY 23 NOVEMBER
9AM – 7PM | Event Village

Ride High Country is stoked to join in the fun all weekend long at the Event Village at Peppers Marysville, Murchison Street. Come chat all things cycling, get the details on the new Ride High Country Gravel Network and sort your Christmas shopping with Ride High Country’s lifestyle merchandise range.
The all-new Event Village will be taking over the Marysville main street and act as the heart of the cycling vibes. Cheer on the riders as they charge through the start/finish gantry, refuel at the food trucks, soak in the music, check out the cycling exhibitors and stroll the local shops.
10:30AM | Gravel Giro

The Gravel Giro is serving up all things Vitamin G. Whether you’re racing or riding, Marysville‘s gravel roads scenery will leave you breathless. Pedal 45km of managed and closed gravel roads taking you up forested climbs, down ridge lines and everything inbetween.
3:30PM | Criterio – Twilight Criterium
It’s all about the speed (and the spectacle). The all-new Twilight Criterio is transforming Marysville‘s town centre into the ultimate precision racing circuit from 3:30PM to 7PM. Things kick off with the Piccolo Kids event followed by the Gruppetto open racing events and ending with the Maglia Rosa elite racing events. Whether you’re watching or competing your in for an epic time.
7:30PM | Serata Coppi

A world-class day of racing deserves a world-class night of local food, vino and cycling chat. The sold-out Serata Coppi dinner event at Peppers Marysville is being hosted by none other than Simon Gerrans who will be leading conversations with cycling legend Mark Renshaw.
SUNDAY 24 NOVEMBER
6:30AM – 3:30PM | Event Village
The fun keeps rolling on day two in the bustling Marysville Event Village.
8AM | Giro della Donna

Drum roll please…this is the main event! The 145km Giro della Donna throws down a challenge with a huge 3,291m of climbing. Push the limits through Acheron Way’s tall-timbered giants, 13km of road-bike-friendly hard-packed gravel, up the consistent 6% 8km climb to the summit of Mt Donna Buang followed by 20km of descent, up Reefton climb’s 180+ corners and on to the 7 Peaks Challenge Lake Mountain climb before descending to glory and the finish line in Marysville.
