Pronounced the same as hot hut, just better looking. Created by a local couple, Harry and Audrey, who envisioned bringing a health and wellness experience to the Alpine Valley. They offer traditional Finnish wood-fired and electric saunas—each crafted for this landscape, thoughtfully designed with cedar wood and made here in Australia.
The nomadic Håut Hutts are moveable and can be fired up in various landscapes. The idea is to discover a feeling of connectedness to oneself, nature and others. Sessions are open to the public for bookings where you can visit the local saunas or they can come to you at accomodations, retreats and more. Nothing beats alternating between a hot sauna and fresh, cold water on the body.
Visit the sauna on sunny or rainy days to unwind and benefit from what Scandinavians have long utilised for health benefits like improving cardiovascular health, sleep, eliminating toxins and overall wellbeing. Outdoor enthusiasts and spa seekers alike will find themselves basking and soaking in the mountains. Nearby all the outdoor activities offered in the North East of Victoria, it is an attractive and leisurely activity to be had.
