This course is ideal for those new to mountain biking, or even those who have been riding for a while but are keen to go back-to-basics and learn the fundamental skills that will help make you a more confident rider.
This is a progressive course, where each session builds on the previous one so you can build a strong and stable foundation of skills to improve your confidence and your riding! Skills may include body position, climbing technique, gearing, braking, and terrain awareness.
