Weave through Stanley State Forest's scenic bushland and historic gold mining water races on cross-country singletrack at Yackandandah MTB Park. Embrace the flow on long unbroken segments and take on tree-lined cross-country climbs.

This year-round park's hand built, intermediate network is divided into 5 loops for an immersive ride experience and also connects to the new Indigo Epic trail.

Yackandandah MTB Park is located a 5km pedal or drive from Yackandandah. This park has got your MTB adventure covered with:

  • Trailhead parking
  • Trailhead map with suggested loops
  • Drop toilet
  • All trails are pedal accessed
  • Town & Indigo Epic connection trails
  • BYO bike (no MTB rental in town)

Note: There is no water available on-site

Trail Highlights 

  • Diggers Red Loop | 18.5km - Embrace the climb to be rewarded with a 7km descent and a water race traverse.
  • Carcass Canyon | 1.3km - Drop into a 160 year old gold mining water race and pedal on for twisting ups and downs.
  • Indigo Epic Trail Yackandandah Loop | 40km - Looking for a workout? This full day adventure takes you on some of the best of the Indigo Epic including Ferny Gully and Homeward Bound.

Yackandandah MTB Park is managed by local cycling club Yack Tracks. Yack Tracks volunteers are dedicated to building a low profile and low impact sustainable network for all to ride.
