All about the aprés-ski.

If you're looking for a strong village atmosphere and aprés scene, Falls Creek is for you.

Travelling with kids?

Travelling with kids? Mt Buller is perfect for families, and only a three hour drive from Melbourne. It is also home to the largest lift network in Victoria, three terrain parks to suit all skill levels and a world-class ski and snowboard school.

Got some skills to hone?

40 percent of Mt Hotham’s in-bound terrain is designated advanced, giving it the highest proportion of black runs in the country. Plus, lifts open at 7:30am from Wednesday-Sunday for the early birds.

Where snow meets play.

With frisbee golf, an Alpine Playground for the kids, and plenty of wide open spaces for fun and impromptu snowball fights, snow play is the hero at Dinner Plain.

DP offers an easily accessible and unique on-mountain stay – you can even bring the dog along.

Time in nature.

For a relaxed nature experience, Mt Buffalo ticks all the boxes.

Stunning lookouts and sheer cliff faces, snow camping, and loads of short, accessible walking trails make Mt Buffalo an ideal choice for a cruisy, nature-based getaway for all ages.

Go cross-country.

With over 37km of well signposted trails winding through the trees, Lake Mountain is home to some of Australia’s finest cross-country skiing.

Beginners can book in for a lesson and be on the slopes in no time. Lake Mountain is the closest resort to Melbourne at a little over a 2hr drive.

No lifts, no frills, no limits.

For a quintessentially Australian experience, ski amongst the snow gums on Mt Stirling’s 30km of stunning backcountry trails.

Mt Stirling offers a unique balance of remote backcountry exploration, with the support of an experienced Ski Patrol. If you’re new to skiing, there are lessons available, too.
